About Brian
About Brian
I have had the privilege of working as a therapist since 2001 and have worked with people struggling with a variety of difficulties over my career. My clients generally describe me as kind, gentle, calm, and humorous. I practice primarily from a cognitive-behavioral perspective, but also incorporate other models to augment cognitive therapy. I work with people with Depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and any of the anxiety disorders (Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Phobia, Agoraphobia, and Specific Phobias), and I have had clients who have been successful with each of them. I have received training from the Milton H. Erickson Foundation in Phoenix, Arizona, and Anaheim, California as well as the International OCD Foundation.
